Strange Hermit in Azynthi's garden

I have saying [Azynthi] to A Strange Hermit and he started to attack me. I have killed him but he don't appear again. I have tried to relog from game, out of zone but it does not help

Did you try to Disconnect and then fully exit out of the game? That may do the trick.
