Fredrick Templestone wolf meat stack = single wolf meat
Experimented with Fredrick Templestone and giving him wolf meat. Previously whenever there is an NPC who accepts a material for a reward and that's repeatable, I've given them a single item at a time.

Tonight I decided to see what happens if I give Fredrick Templestone a stack (of 9) of wolf meat...
I got 4 XP just the same as if I had given him 1 wolf meat.

Seems like he should be able to parse being given more than one, and reward accordingly. =)

I was like cool a repeatable easy to grind gold and XP source, but then I noticed this.
Are you sure? When I gave him multiple meat at once, I got 4xp many times.

But it is displayed in chat once per quest completion. So if you give him 4 meat, the quest completion and reward will be printed 4 times in a row in the chat, each one saying you got 4 exp.

Oh yeah, nope. I was specifically testing it and it only printed 1x in the chat. =(

I'll double check, I tried this last night and got the xp multiple times as intended, it prints every quest turn in as a separate line in the chat box so you'd have to scroll up to see them.

But if you're all having this issue it needs looking at!

This was after I did turn-ins for the 3 class NPCs in Hidden Hills. I instinctively gave those items one by one... which led to this test afterwards.

I definitely have not encountered this issue, my experience has been more in line with what VeraelHasta mentioned. In fact if you turn in large enough stack it will cause a momentary hitch while it processes the turn in.

Okay just tested again. First a single wolf meat, then a stack of 5, then another single.
Each of these 3 turn-ins showed the same messages:

The only difference was the stack of 5 played a louder "ta-da!" quest complete sound.
I'm level 11, started at 85% XP and after these 3 turn-ins am 86%.

Ah, I forget to check how much gold I had before turning these 3 in. That would've given helpful data!
