Tempest Stone not dropping from Upha, Priest of Brax

The wiki says it's a 100% drop, but i camped him for 75% of level 20 and never saw it. :(

There's two named with very similar names there that seemingly drop the same loot, and i killed them dozens of times over the course of a couple hours and never got a tempest stone for the Orion Mycon's Lost Ring quest.

Perhaps the wiki is wrong, and it's just super rare? No way for me to know :) But 75% of level 20 sure is a long time for it to not drop hehe.

It dropped for me yesterday with the first kill of the priest in the small village on the shoreline.

I wonder if it only drops on the first kill? Perhaps it DID drop for me but i missed it the first time, and now it won't drop again? I'm just guessing.

It drops from the priest over by the coastline, not the other village.

The only condition that would cause it to not drop is already having it in your inventory so you should be good.
