Questing is definitely that older style of quest where you are told to go figure it out on your own. I haven't played RS in 20 years but if you ever did Regicide or Monkey Madness without a guide you will know what I mean. (Maybe they included markers and more detailed instructions, no idea)
im a ESO and LOTRO guy i never played wow or any of the older mmos and im liking it but i will say its a STEEP learning curve if you arent familiar with those older games which i am not.
that sounds like lotro "go to the dwarf grund and ask him what to do'
asking grund: "what do i do"
Dwarf; "bring me 24 bear asses stat"
thats all lotro is in the beginning
You can look at achievements and see the small percentage that have a lot of them to give you an idea.
if you can deal with that you will be fine.
Pretty ignorant statement. WoW was an evolution of the MMORPG format that literally took the good features of the games that came before it and removed some of the more tedious features and aspects. Enjoying WoW doesn't mean you won't enjoy this.
Sorry my english sux.
It's much more old school, XP is mostly gained from grinding, and much more 'basic' while lacking either's modern QoL jazz.
