Bonus XP for alts?

Store page mentions "Subsequent characters have the option of starting with a massive advantage, including XP bonuses." but I'm not sure how this actually works in-game. Was thinking of trying an alt class and I have a first character at 10 but I'm not seeing anything outside of the shared bank to help speed up my second character. Is this not implemented yet?

You can drop and buy experience increasing potions. But the first one is kinda weak, 10% more for 60 minutes and it costs 25.000. Chekc out the merchants near the gate of Port Azure.

Also you can give gear to your alts to massively boost their power, because gear doesn't have level requirement.
