is there an in game time and date when Hallow's Eve kicks of to get access to the tomb

Wondering the same myself. I do know that if you type /time it'll tell you the "server" time. But that's just the time, no date.

It does seem a bit wired. But I guess I will run the tutorial island until it happens or I might be missing something, the blue leather is all I need.

This was coded in for a Halloween event (literal time). Not sure why it's still in here, you can scoot on passed this, it was a way to get off the island for a limited time back in the demo-only days.

if the halloween event is still fully in the game, it could perhaps be triggered by your own computer datetime. So maybe just set the time to a Halloween day? :D

go down the stairs and follow the path to the end with the flamy ball thing. go in THAT tomb. the mobs down there will drop that blue stuff.

I read somewhere that they plan on running the Halloween event again and that is why it is still in the game.
