It seems to really depend on how you play this game. If you want to min/max everything, then probably well over 100 hours. If you just want to get to max level and don't want to hunt down the best gear, then it will probably be less. This isn't the kind of game where you can give a real answer to that question.

Currently there is about 100-150 hours to see and do all the main story quests and reach max level. More if you want to min-max the best equipment, and find every secret, or level multiple classes.
