Can you join a guild of the AI players?

If yes, how do you do it?

The winter update from 2024 lists guilds as being on the to-do list for early access. I don't think it's available now, but sometime in the future

You can have WoW like guild perks. Like guild spells, exp boosts, etc

A guild bank that randomly generates items/resources as if your guild mates are adding to it would be cool.
