B) Yeah, agreed, it's all hyper-speed. I can barely target enemies in combat before they're nuked to oblivion even with only 4 in group, and enemies run the same speed; they go from aggro to in your face in 0.34 seconds. It's an action game, at this point.
Also I only catch maybe 10% of damage numbers, they only last 0.25 seconds at most. No idea what I'm hitting for, which are abilities, whether it's me or the enemy's damage, maybe party members, etc. Zero correlation to what's happening.
ugh please don't make it so slow, I like the pace as it is, why not just add a toggle that allows walking, that way both player types can be happy.
I am not sure how the engine works.. but if you could add a slider to speed it up to max (current) an slow down.. that would be ideal.. either way the current method is like being cracked out on speed.. especially with the wonkness of it, where it always speeds up while sliding left/right
there's literally 4 people asking for an adjustment and the dev is making it, so hopefully they make it so that all of us are happy, because if they just slow down everyone I'm sure there will be more than 4 people asking for it to be reverted back.
It does feel a bit off. I don't feel like my character is walking but rather hovering or on rollerskates or something. The walk speed doesn't match what is happening on the ground and it is insanely fast.
I think it is a good idea to slow things down just a tad as well.
No one is saying ' slow it down.. ' even I said ' add an option to do this '.. just a FYI ... this is the point of EA.. its a delicate balancing act.. maybe it will be TOO slow next.. .. so what.. it can always be fixed again
