i got a weird item called a sivakrux, what does it do?

im a level 5 arcanist and was hunting enemies in the beginner dungeon and one of the ghosts dropped it. it sells for 200000 gold to the npc??? what do i do?

its an ultra rare drop so 1.) you're lucky, and its used to upgrade items later in the game

I would mostly agree. Money isn't terribly difficult to come by since the NPCs tend not to loot stuff and so far the best stuff is either crafted or dropped.

They're 1/1000 chance off anything. I adjusted the rate and patched the game a while ago. As the dev, I'd recommend banking them and playing with the intended economy, but if you want to sell them and ride in on a wave of auction house gear, have at it!

Got one off Tutorial Island. A merchant offered 200,000+ gold for it.

Got the full retail game, left Tutorial Island, and a merchant on the mainland offered 13,000.
