A Way to Erenshor

Hello, I completed the quest Whispers of Wyland, given one of the brothers the torn page and then he tells me to jump down from the Vitheo statue, swim to a sandbar and then meet them with a boat. So I do that and nothing happens. I waited a while. There's a npc there and a fire, am I suppose to kill that guy? I dunno, so confused. Can anyone help? Thank you :)

I'm having the same issue. I talk to him, he just says "You al[ready] have the item!" Tried messing around with the boats, nothing lets me progress. Seems like a bug.

you try typing the word "ready"?

I talked to the NPC, but I had to walk forward on the island toward the "ocean" to get it to cut me over to the new area.

Typed Ready and Go, ran over past the boats and swam to the invisible wall. Sat on the boats. Did some other optional quests. Ran around the sandbar. Nothing seems to work.

Same here. NPC says "You al[ready] have the item!" and if i click or say ready he keeps repeating the phrase.

Hey folks, this seems to happen from time to time. The best fix is to delete the note from your inventory and speak to the NPC again. That should re-trigger the transition at the boats (you still need to walk to the boats).

To delete an item you'll drop it on the delete item slot, then drop another item on top of it. Take that dropped item back out of the delete slot to keep it safe after deleting your note.

I'll be patching in a better fix shortly.

If you're in the demo though, this is the end of the game.
