PvP Server?

I saw that there was a PvP server that's down at the moment. How does that work in game when it's up? Is it a planned addition down the line?

There is not a PVP server, it is just a throwback to how PVP servers were always down or closed down permanently in MMORPG's.

It's a joke because in the original prototype, if you buffed or healed the simplayers, they would attack the players. It was just a bug. But, PvP is highly requested and maybe it might be a thing in the future

Wouldn't PVP be impossible in a solo game anyways? Considering in order to PVP you would actually need another player in the game . . .

Faction against faction on a PvP server would work fine. Or guild type factions. Gotta spice up the mmo experience with a PvP server with bots.

i would assume that by pvp server it means you can just attack the npc players on sight maybe item drops runescape style if killed by another player?

If you play WoW its just a normal Warsong match at that point.

Someone made a PvP mod. I have not tried it myself, but it looks like it's working from the videos I saw on Discord.

I've also mentioned this, I'd love some kind of simplayer pvp systems. Bounties, with kill on site and npc's might hunt you too. I can see an npc trolling me and steal my gear before making my way to a dungeon or I take his bad ass gear after I killed him. Could work as long as high level npc can't attack you if your too low level maybe have a level range that pvp can be initiated.
