tab target is a hinderance
tab targetting here targets the furthest character away and even targets friendly characters im not sure its working as intended

yeah, having the same issue. tab targeting priority seems a bit off. in a full party i just have to give up and shift the camera around so i can left click a target once my old one is dead, because often it will select anything BUT the enemy im staring at, mere feet away.

maybe by proximity? the main issue from my brief experience in the skeleton dungeon was i'd tab to taunt a mob hitting my party and it would target an enemy in the next room over

Maybe I’m nitpicking but my wishlist for tab targeting are:

Wide options for this

1. I don’t want tab including target that isn’t visible on my screen (off screen npc). Maybe someone out there wants it to, toggle option.

2. WHEN I’m in middle of battle, I don’t want to tab targeting something that isn’t involved in middle of combat (mob not aggroed yet / mineral ore) but maybe someone out there would, toggle option.

3. Yes proximity tab targeting from nearest to farthest (but no out-of-range)

it shouldn't be grabbing mineral ores in combat, if that's happening then i really do need to take a look

Most MMOs pretty much use a cone in front of the player to target through enemies clockwise or by proximity, depending on setting. That's how it should work.

This uses a cone too thats generally in front of the player. Could be a line of sight checking issue.
I think it would be nice to just have a simple next target option. Repeated clicks just cycle through the mob options. Even if it's a command that's typed in /nexttarget

Just FYI, big fan of this project and purchased the game today. I think it's a really great idea what you guys are doing here. I'm an old school Lineage 2 player and like what I'm seeing with this game.
