Steam workshop?
This game looks great for modding, and I can't imagine how good an MMORPG would look with mods.

No official steam workshop support at launch. Currently, there are several mods they all use Thunderstore Mod Manager. There is a dedicated channel in Discord for Mod Showcase, and talking about mods.

they are super active in the discord, youd have better chances at a response there

I just found it in the Q&A section, and they say they're not considering it at the EA at the moment, maybe when it's fully released.
