You don't, the Patreon supports development and comes with some perks but the game isn't one of them at the moment.

If you're wondering about getting a copy, I've tried real hard and Mr Burgee is a tough nut to crack hahaha, so just be patient is all I can say

How does it feel?

It's really fun, I've put in about 30+ hours so far. Good story, lots of quests, lots of stuff to explore. It feels illegal to have so much content for the price they are asking for the game
