Confused about leveling

Probably just missing something, but when you level up I don't see where you can choose where to put your skill points (int, str, etc.)

You don't have to add stats on level up.

Your level is heavily figured into your stats so you should see automatic HP increases, damage increases, etc.

Gear is your main stat driver.
