How do you find a fuel source to make the key? I have all the other items like the ore and the key parts. Don't see any coal or anything like that. Do I just keep mining until I get something to use as fuel? Nothing I have is marked as fuel so far.

How do you talk to the NPCs? Is it just clicking the green text? I want to ask Garrey Ambrose about 'treasure' since Isabel Schegg talked about it. That doesn't appear as green text. I tried to use the Whisper command but it won't work with NPCs.

Coal comes from mining, and it also uncommonly drops from a certain boss in the dungeon who may have been.."burned" at one point.

To talk to an NPC, you just target him and press enter and type the secret keywords to "say" it to him.

Ok. Thanks. Is coal rare from mining? I have tried for 10 mins and didn't get anything. Lots of rocks and a few ores.

Ok. I will try doing that with the NPCs. Any reason why you don't have a /say command? That would make more sense. I would never think to type random words in the chat box. Plus if you are coming from old MMORPG (like me) /say is common.

I'll look at the clarity around /say. In the original build the green clickable text didn't exist and "saying" words to NPCs was really highlighted in the tutorial.

Coal isn't super rare but if the RNG decided not to play nice it can be a pain.

Until adjustments are made, it's totally safe to set up mining and just walk away for a bit.

Well considering you can attack and npc(guards atleast) and get killed I think there should be some easier way to do commands
I mean I know we're going for the EQ vibe but I've left enough corpses in front of npcs in EQ hitting the wrong key would like to not repeat the process here lol
