Made some substantial adjustments to how XP rewards are calculated, encouraging players to work through harder content.

• Fighting higher level mobs than yourself now comes with bonuses. The formula is as follows:
  a.) Enemies all give base XP of (Enemy Level * 4) - this is unchanged and has always been the base value
  b.) Enemies above your level give bonus xp of (Enemy Level * LevelDiff)
  -So a level 15 mob killed by a level 13 player will give (15 * 4) + (15 * 2) xp - then divided by party members
  c.) Bosses and Named mobs will give additional experience (hand set values, please let me know if any are missed)
  d.) Previously, some 'harder' normal mobs had hand added xp modifiers, these are gone in favor of the new system.
  e.) The new system will be overall slightly faster for players adventuring in hard areas, and relatively the same for players battling in easier areas (due to named bonus)
  f.) Rates may continue to be adjusted
  
  
• BUG: Can no longer assign more than max ascension points to a rank
  
• BUG: Found some sounds that didn't respect volume sliders and corrected
  
• BUG: The achievement for spawning astra is no longer accidentally awarded
  
• BUG: Can no longer lose inert diamonds by using forge with more than 1 at a time
  
• BUG: Duskenlight grass will now respect grass quality settings
  
• TYPO: Planar stones are back to their normal sell value

• Found and fixed an issue that would cause SimPlayers to lose their offhand items when equipping a new 2H mainhand item for themselves
  
• Fixed auction house not displaying every item for sale until you purchase something
  
• Fixed bug where you could select a vendor slot, go to another vendor and purchase whatever was in that vendor slot for the price of the first slot you selected
  
• Fixed the bug where some corpses would glow without glowey loot on them
  
• Fixed bug where Item Titles would stay open when closing inventory
  
• Fixed Alyssa Faenon's quest to give equal xp to other class quests
  
• Fixed Nylith's Faerie Dust quest to be repeatable
  
• Apotheosis lost Vithean Frenzy proc and gained Vithean Revenge proc (this is a weapon buff)
  
• 'M' Opens the Map (rebindable)

Thank you for the continued feedback and patience as I get Erenshor's balance and gameplay tuned in.

Here's the latest:

• SimPlayers will begin to fill in any absurdly low gear (im talking a level 12 with cloth armor) with more level appropriate, but still upgradable gear. Inviting randoms should be more appealing with this change and they should fare better in the open world now too.
  
• The AC calculation rolls have been changed - the range of variation in AC effectiveness has been narrowed, and moved overall towards the top of the band.
  
• SimPlayers have a toggle in their inspect window to prevent them from changing or upgrading any gear for players who want more control over their builds
  
• Found a number of mobs who were bypassing AC all together, many around the level 12-20 range. Adjusted those.
  
• Adjusted the checks to determine if a SimPlayer asks for an upgrade.
  -Arcanists will now prioritize int / resonance / hp / procs on bracers
  -Duelists will prioritize Dex, weapon ratio, procs on attack, HP
  -Paladins will prioritize Str, End, HP, AC
  -Druids will prioritise Wis, Resonance, HP
  ---All classes may still ask for more random items too
  
• SimPlayers will always wear pants now ( I saw a lot of underwear on streams this week)
  
• Looting a corpse with the LOOT keybind will work with autoattack on, and will automatically turn off autoattack. This should be useful for those combat situations when you accidentally end with autoattack on.
  
• Found and fixed a rare error that could cause you to get stuck in a loot window.

Got some more fixes and improvements coming based on community feedback!

• SimPlayer and NPC Navigation update: hopefully less getting stuck, and more being BFFs.
  
• Most quest items will no longer be listed on the auction house by SimPlayers. Existing ones should be delisted
  
• Lightning spell no longer has a blinding flash effect (sorry about that one)
  
• Sivakayans now give +Wisp faction when defeated
  
• "Max Distance to Pull From" slider added to group role manager to restrict pullers from cross zone shenanigans. 1 Unit is approximately 1 Foot in distance.
  
• Fixed a bug where some users see no sellers on the auction house
  
• Changed "Friends" list to "Suggested" list to be more accurate until a true friends list is in game
  a.) I'll get a true friends list up and running. It requires rewriting save files to include that info. Previously, friends were being saved along with the other 'suggested' SimPlayers in your games.
  
• Items now show Gold Value on their item card - vendors may pay a percentage of this price.
  
• Changed Rottenfoot water shader to see if we can avoid the graphical glitch some users are seeing

Good morning all, Patch #1 for the day (likely 2 coming today). This one's a bit higher priority as it addresses a bug with SimPlayer saving.

• When using a Teleport Rune, SimPlayers would not save any XP or progress that was made in the zone you are teleporting from. This is fixed.
  
• Some corpses are still showing the 'special' glow for loot. This one's tough to reproduce and I can't see directly how or why it's happening but I've eliminated another suspect bit of logic.
  
• The automate-autoattack button no longer 'sticks' as an active UI element (it would toggle every time you pressed space
  
• Did a few pathing / navmesh rebakes: Hidden hills, Rottenfoot, Braxonia, Braxonian Desert, Krakengard, and Hidden Hills so far. This should prevent SimPlayers and NPCs from being able to run through some architecture.

I plan to spend the day looking at auto pull, and SimPlayer pathing logic to see if I can't get them to stop getting stuck on little things. It's like training cats with these SimPlayers...

One more for this weekend:

• Friends List is now available on Group Builder.
  
• Caught a typo causing /friended SimPlayers to tie to the wrong slot. You can re-friend your friends to correct it.
  
• There is a button on the Hotbar to disable Auto-Attack-Automation (for our Arcanist friends)
  
• Treasure maps will no longer take low level folks to high level zones
  
• Treasure map tooltip warns about difficulty and risk. They are not very well balanced yet, use with caution if you try one.
  
• Fixed a bunch of typos, thanks for reporting those, folks!

Hello! Welcome back to Erenshor patch notes!

• Group Roles window has some fun new features:
  a.) Heal thresholds: You can tell healers at what HP to begin casting heals
  b.) Pull range thresholds: You can give pullers a level range to work within
  
• Auto Attack + Skills and Spells:
  a.) Any skill or spell that DEALS DAMAGE or IS PRIMARILY A TAUNT will automatically engage auto attack.
  
• Smoothed that Duelist backstab damage a bit more. It was a little bit too high in the mid levels. It will be very similar at low levels, and is unchanged about approximately level 28.
  
• Fixed the Rottenfoot compass. It was backwards.

Some fixes and adjustments for the day. As always - please report bugs right away!

1. SimPlayers can be invited back to Stowaway Step, just in case your alts spawn and the island is lonely
   
2. Rebindable hotkeys
   
3. Binding keys no longer activates the effect as you bind it
   
4. Auction house fix part 1: unable to list
   a.) if you've had characters in the past with the same name, some file cleanup may be needed - DM me on discord for instructions post-patch if you still cant list
   
5. Duelist backstab rework
   a.) This is a DPS increase at high level
   b.) This smooths DPS through lower levels, some levels may be slightly lower
   c.) Backstab now scales off of: Player Level, Weapon Damage, and Weapon Level (a hidden stat, but weapons off higher level mobs can be assumed to be higher level)
   d.) Previously backstab mostly only off of weapon damage
   
6. Offhand slots now respect weapon delay
   a.) There is a DPS Dummy in the Paladin Guild in Port Azure to test your weapon configs on
   
7. Adjustments to the quality of gear SimPlayers get between sessions (much more in line with level)
