Since I've got almoust everything newbe can get (pet, armor, cryopods, weapons). Since I've got a completely secure home of 4 large flats with powered doors, hatches, buttons, warning lights and even glass windows. Since I've explored new blue-colored biome full of ice vines or something, and even mined some radium (before I died by exposure warning. What was that? Pressure? Tempetarure? Fear?).
Since all that done, I have no choice, but ask you people about upgrade cheat.
It is very annoyng to dig through same and same caves with a little hope i find a damn upgrade.
Too annoyng this possibility I can earn upgrade, which will not give me crafting recipes at all, and just get my health limit bigger or something.
And that's because I asking for, please, some console cmd or something.
Thank a lot for even thinking about help me, cause I know, there is a badass will reply as "Bwoaaaaaa, I've searched so hard, why will this f**ker get it so easy? Bwoaaaaaa".

well if ur so far in a world and cant go anywhere else go to a new world mine up there resources and go back to ur world add them and make ur shizz

we are all beta testing this game atm, new content is being introduced on a regular basis and we are supposed to tell the devs what we think. It is great to try to find cheats and loop-holes, that is what we should be doing. dont be upset if you seem to master the game in a relatively short amount of time(the game is incomplete). I have all the upgrades currently available and have maxed out my stats, ive got several badass bases, every item that is craftable(except items that require plasma hides, as plasma trees have disappeared after the last game update) and i just started a new character so that i can do it all over again. (if you are looking for something to do, try playing with the "gates"....I have discovered some cool formulas resulting in some useful setups)

p.s. there are some serious cheats out there right now(more like technical loop-holes), one in particular allows you to use any resource to craft any item.......

Well, I heard about a program called "ArtMoney". People who use it, say there are tons of things that can be done with it. Unsure how this can help an EoS player though.

Edit: I can't wait for Edge of Space mods, I hope some kind soul decides to make something useful.

I have a way to get unlimited recources in the game. I dont know if the Devs gonna like that if i publish this but i think this is gonna help to discover stuff ingame.

Steam, I don't think he means via game, I tried that ArtMoney thing and whoa... let's just say there are no limits on what you can do with it... in ANY game.

Well, Molokai, you may be right. But there is also possibility for just bug, let's just wait for Frischling88 to explain.
By the way of this topic reason - I've found a way to reach upgrades a bit easily:
If you're rich of torches - you can scout planetoid caves and try to place a torch in EVERY dark place around. Won't be easy, so, once you place one - emmidiately dig to this place and search it for stone bricks. That worked for me two times (today and yesterday).
I think, unlimited distantion, even through tiles, for placement - is little cheaty. It is suitable to be what I needed.

I found 5 upgrades this way, it is not "cheaty" it is called "strategy" and it works great! :)

But we might not find out about what Frisch means since he will give the report to the dev and the dev might even patch it before we even find out what it was.

A program like ArtMoney though is fool proof TBH, my stomach hurts just thinking about the poeple who've used this for all the games I killed myself playing =/

Artmoney and artmoney-like programms should be used only for fun when unlocked all the stuff. IMO.
Did it for HL2 (before GMOD) =D.

I played and passed Half Life 2 in my ex husband Steam account back in 2006-07 it was hell (took me 31 days), but I would have wanted to see what you could do if you could cheat. Cheating wasn't even an option at the time, no such thing as mods :)
