its not the tools fault but windows, if you are running vista or above, then windows locks the program files directory, so that programs like SS2 tool and other programs from writing to that directory, you could try giving the program admin access, or turn off UAC, but a better soluton is to install programs to another directory, outside of programs file, but in this case moving stuff to another folder, running the tool, and moving it back, works too, but personally, I don't really install to the programs file directory unless its a few programs like AV's and some other stuff,
