Do I play SS2 or wait for SS2 EE?

I just finished SS EE. Do I play SS2 right now or wait SS2 EE? Preorder are coming in February for SS1 remake I think but no release date for SS2 EE (NDS plans to release both at the same time). Old graphic doesnt bother me. After playing SS1, it can't be worse in term of praphic.

IMO, play SS2 right now. The older graphics lend to a more immersive, uncanny valley-type experience.
If old graphics don't bother you, then there's no reason to wait. I personally find the old graphics to suit the intended atmosphere.

EE is still many months away, most likely. so no reason to not play now, with currently available mods, you'll be pretty close to EE anyway.

It is worth experiencing System Shock 2 as it currently exists. It is both an absorbing game and a historical gaming artefact.

The Original SS2 gives you the experience of playing the grand daddy of all horror games in space in the original setting it came out in. You should at least experience it the way it was meant to be played.
