Keyboard shortcuts?

This is a quick feature suggestion.

I would love to have some keyboard shortcuts. At minimum, please have the spacebar pause / resume the clock.

Some other shortcuts could be to make quick and small adjustments to the water inlet valve, the heat setting, the throttle setting, and the reverser gear setting. Those are the values that I adjust the most often. Perhaps they could be mapped to a/z, s/x, d/c, and f/v, or something similarly simple (up and down, left to right, for each setting that isn't an on/off value)

There are keyboard shortcuts for almost everything you can do-
The issue is, before they released the Steamdown DLC, you could display all of those shortcuts on the screen while you were operating the steam engine.
But now, they put them in the controls tab of the pause menu, which means you have to remember them.
