Fastest RPM WithOUT using any water

I found a way to make the piston move without putting any water in the boiler. By rapidly going between 0 and 100% heat, it creates enough of a pressure wave that it can move the engine. In the other mode, I managed to get 76rpm using this method. What is the highest anyone else can hit without using any water? (Including creating negative pressure by getting the motor to spin fast using water beforehand).

Fully open the Throttle valve then you can turn it with 60RPM with the starter

Currently racking up the revolutions towards 1,000,000 right now, I found out putting water just enough to let temperature increase to 300 as the boiler goes empty I can turn the water full on boiler stays empty, temp pegs at 300, pressure stabilizes at 90 with the proper throttle and I have been turning 4,100 rpm for the last 3 hours without water shown in the boiler.
