Lowest stable rpm

I managed to do 10rpm on power stroke and 5 on the non power stroke, what lowest rpm have you people achieved?

i sadly dont have a video but my best attemped has been 0-5 rpm when counted 25sec per revolution.

Lowest RPM
No brake
runs at least 5 minutes while simulator maximized.
In regular mode:
low at 9 o'clock = 3
high at 5 o'clock = 8
in regular mode beta (has finer controls):
top of stoke = 0 aaalmost stop
bottom of stroke = 6

lowest rpm with 100% break/load, runs at least 5 minutes,
regular mode : 441-504
regular mode beta: 97 - 157

before playing with the beta today, my best lowest rpm attempts with no break were >120 rpm
