Reaching 7000 RPM?

Hey everyone!
I wanted to ask if anyone's found a way (or has gotten close to) reaching 7k RPM. I've already hit the 3500 mark, and have reached about 3800 using the infinite-steam glitch at 60% throttle and 11% quality, but I wanted to know if anyone's gotten higher.

I it is impossible. I've reached 4650 RPM maximum in the new update with these parameters:
Hell mode = ON
Quality = 11%
Throttle vave = 55%

The low end of 56% throttle still works tank fills up at the high end.
Have reached 4695 so far not sure if 4700 is possible

I got 4693 with 56% throttle 11% quality with the infinite steam glitch

Just got 6100 sustained, trying to recreate it but i cant seem to get there again.
