Hi, the problem is related to the video card driver, try updating the driver, and update directx12.

Solution ==>> By default, the game uses DirectX 12, and players have to force the game to use DirectX 11. > Right-click "Only UP!" on Steam > Properties > enter -DX11 in the Launch options section and click OK. This will force "Only UP!" to use DirectX 11, and the Low Level Fatal Error will be fixed.

this -DX11 solution does not help for me at all seems to have made it worse actually. Same low level fatal error every time: R75700g + 2070S.

Disabling steam overlay helped here after setting -DX11

Now a few days later the game works fine with the -DX11 command. Don't know how, but thats okay :D

i updated my drivers and direct x and it still doesnt work
