2. I cant believe im explaining this, but if i tell you im making a sandwich to sell you, and then just not make it, you obviously wont have a sandwich to buy = you keep your money = NOBODY GETS SCAMMED.
3. Dev team isnt the biggest and the last news indicate they are working on the aforementioned demo.
So to put it simply, even with roughly 5 months of no new info on the games development process, this behaviour is totaly in line with a project of the scale they are aiming for
(also likely the reason for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on bodycam as it is a very simple game wich could be released quickly to ride the hype of new UE5 photorealistic graphics)
