I desperately want this new pack on Steam. So many great games that I'd love to play through again, or play for the first time (which would only be the case with a very few).
Terminus, have you written 3DRealms stating your desire to see this pack on Steam? I'll do that tonight. Hopefully public pressure can get the ball rolling.
Hey Man:)
It would be really nice to have all those games on Steam and / or GOG; however, as of right now, it doesn't seem like it will be possible.
That is according to El Oshcuro, a developer on the Steam - Apogee forums: http://steamcommunity.com/app/217140/discussions/0/613939841539555751/#c613939841539744227
The response summarizes the issues "There won't be a release on Steam! Some of the games are already on here and many of them have different rights holders. Was going to make an announcement about this anyway".
We've all had different experiences of Apogee Games - There are 32 titles in the pack, and I've pretty much played all of the games to some extent - albeit, just the demos. Hoping to see the pack on Steam, but due to the certain legal issues, it might take at least a couple of years. I doubt I'll actually play the games though :) But it would be nice to have it as part of a collection.
Wishing you luck on the letter mate, Hoping 3D Realms finds a way to post the entire pack on Steam.
Thanks
Mystic Towers felt like a pretty Humorous turn-based RPG at the time, just played the demo though :)
I own the CD-ROM releases of Mystic Towers, Hocus Pocus and Terminal Velocity (and some of the first-person shooters). I wouldn't mind re-purchasing if they were bundled on Steam though.

Yes, can you believe it?
I was shocked when I saw this last night. Shocked and delighted. What a brilliant collection!
Did you ever get round to sending them that letter :)
I would have to check my e-mail history but I am fairly certain that I did. :-) I'm sure I'm not the only one though!
