I've tried many minigolf games for VR, and this is the best by far. There is a good selection of courses in the base game and the dlc courses are reasonably priced. Plus, there are the extras such as hidden balls and foxhunts for each course, the practice course, and the driving range. Definitely recommended.

I just bought this game yesterday but I'm already hooked! The ball physics is the best I've ever seen, and along with the responsive and length changing putter I dare say it's borderline perfect; it really feels like I'm swinging a real club, the small vibratory feedback sells the illusion even more! Now I'm absolutely not the best at mini golf, so the replay feature really helps me learn from my putting mistakes, and allow me to change my shot easier after I shoot out of bounds.


I've only played the base courses so far, along with the hard version of the starting course; but each one has been lovingly crafted with breathtaking lookout points, and countless small details. However every once in a while i would notice a few small things like polygons leaving a small hole in obscure corners of a map, or a black spot on some smaller things. But it really goes to show how much love has gone into this game if the only negative thing I have to say is such a small, insignificant nitpick.


It may come to no surprise, but the music and sounds in this game are on point too. Each area had music that fit the vibes of the place perfectly, which was complimented by the various sounds be it birds chirping in Seagul Stacks, or the waterfalls of Tourist Trap. I do have to mention Tethys Station as the only one that didnt do it for me though. Even turning the music lower than usual I found it too loud, and some of the sounds made me have to mute it lest it trigger a panic attack (I'm looking at you engine room). But even with that one flop it is vastly outweighed by the beauty of the rest of the collection.


The lost balls hidden around every hole adds a fun challenge in the first play through to find them all. The vast amount of them means it's almost impossible to choose what one to use! The fox hunts on the other hand, I have a lot less experience in, as I've only done the one for Tourist Trap. But I was pleasantly surprised at not only the quality of it, but by the length and difficulty too! While it did stump me a few times, it never felt unfair in doing so and when i did eventually figure it out (or in one case look up what to do) it always made sense and was more of a eureka moment than frustrating. The unlockable clubs are a cool and rewarding addition too.

This thing is awesome. The Immersion is awesome. The Course Design, Awesome, the ambiance, the locales the "feel" of it all... it's perfection... I love it. my friends and I golf every night.... Well Done Devs! Well damned done.
