If you zoom in close enough on the map, there will be a time showing between jump locatrions, and in the lower-left of your screen, it shows you the total travel time with a built in estimate of travel time within each system (assuming you stick to the roads and posted speed limits).
EDIT: It is worth noting that the default route might not be the most optimal route to take, for example on a just in time delivery, the default route might be too short and you arrive too early, where if you pick a different route, it might extend its travel time long enough so you will arrive at the destination within the time window.
The time to deliver is 3:30 to 4:30 from now
the trailer is 2 jums away and it needs to be delivered another 2 jumps from there. which definitely exceeds the 4:30 on jump time only so it is impossible job which is why it shouldn't be shown.
The delivery was due in 1h and the estimated time was more than 4h.
So this was an impossible job that clearly should not be shown in the list.
