Still story locked

The patch got ONE of the missions working, more specifically the one involving barrow and the "Informant". But two other missions are still locked, either saying "In progress" though I have no markers on the map or information on the jobs list, or it says "Complete linked missions to unlock" which I have and it is not going forward.

some story missions are locked behind upgrades. If you dont have fragile cargo you wont get a certain mission. Make sure you have 1 of each, hazard, heavy, fragile, valuable, get them all. Then also I noticed a mission wont pop up until I show up in a certain zone. I will just show up and then I will get a call on the CB to go here.

I have been basically everywhere and I have at least one point in every cargo skill already.
