Remove "WARNING: DEBRIS PROXIMITY"

It's so annoying, it covers half of the screen. This is especially bad when solar flare is active and you have to use cameras to navigate. Isn't it ironic, I'm crashing into debris because of the warning that "warns" me about them. I KNOW THERE ARE DEBRIS, JUST GO OFF ALREADY

Thanks bro, it's a lifesaver. Still, I wish I could disable debris warning specifically, cause other warnings can be useful sometimes. But it's much better than nothing. I guess I'll just flip that switch whenever I fly through debris.

You have a debris light on the dashboards anyways.
I guess alerts are useful as a "tutorial", but once you figure out how it works and where to get the data you can safely disable them

Im also finding the "Debris Warning" annoying. Im going through Gamma Valley which has frequent solar flares so I have to rely on my screens to see. There is always debris near the roads so im constantly seeing the warning and nearly crashing into other trucks. I wish that the warning did not take up the entire screen on both screens. I would be okay with an option that only uses the dashboard indicators but with a clear sound effect per hazard.

I cant find this "switch above your head" to turn off the warnings. I can only see the switches for the thrusters.

It's where the thrusters are, 3 switches are thrusters and 1 is "system alerts"

It would be better if the debris warning was displayed in the space between the dash and the hood ornament, so it is prominent but does not block anything important. One of many GUI improvements that could be made.

I definitely agree. The warning is too large, lasts too long, and is like if my car's mirrors turned opaque for five seconds to flash a warning about cars behind me

There are lights on the dash for all of the different warnings that come up in the text warning.
I've had the text warning turned off (lever up to the right) for some time and have found the dash lights sufficient.

Agreed! Glad I found how to turn them off. Does this turn off all warning indicators like low gas and the UCC's going bad?

Maybe it would be better if there was an indicator on the dash. Maybe 4 arrows that would point in the direction of the debris so you knew where not to go.

It only turns off the written warning. All the dash warnings will still work.
