Starting cargo

In my truck there is Data Cable, Craft Supplies, Grow Packs and cleaning supplies but I can not find any information as to what these are used for, if anything. Am I okay to sell these or would I regret doing so later down the road? I am enjoying the game but think there is need for better item descriptions/usages and if we can not recharge the energy cells, then shops need to stock more than one or two at a time.

I think you can sell them at shops.

Yeah those are trading goods, you can sell them when you get a good price 👍. Think the only thing you need is Battery, UCC and Air Filters. Later on you need something else but don’t want to spoil.

Use salvage beacons to get free batteries 😃.

But you need the Fuel Can in casse of running out on Gas i think?
