Recharging Power Cells?

Anyone figure out if there's a way to recharge power cells?

I don' think it's possible which is sad, would be cool to have a recharger that runs off the heat off your thrusters or engine basic work ( just like how a normal car battery recharges but for 1-2 cells at a time at a seperate station )

So is the power cell usage better or the same as it was in the demo? I never finished the demo because of this stupid mechanic.

It seems pretty bad. But the mid-point of my second mission, I had replaced a power cell for almost everything. Might start over and set the power cell drain to like 1/4 or something.

At least if you could refill power cells at the gas station or something, then you're just rotating them out.
