Yes look at the skill tree.

There is a skill tree for this.

Thanks

There's a skill for this, yes, but how the hell does it work? I have 2 trailers lined up perfectly, one attached to my truck and one trailer lined up, but I can't figure out how to actually connect it. I've been outside to see if there was a panel or something, but I can't find one.. I'm starting to think this multi hitching is only for specific missions where all the trailers are already connected to each other.

Got the same question here, the skill suggests you get both new jobs and the ability to link but can't get it to work

Same issue here and it was a "quit moment" for me until I can figure it out. I also thought maybe it's for single multi-trailer jobs, but then I'm not sure why it would let you accept more than one.

Once you get the skill the jobs you take specify how many trailers. You can’t take 2 jobs with 1 trailer and attach them.

Yeah i can only agree with Atova...You need to certification for that...if you try to accept two jobs to get 2 trailers you can only hockup one with the maglock. Trying to add another trailer just releases the First one. So before you might get a penalty for not deliver one of the two trailers...better haul one until you get the certification and on the job board you see a little yellow symbol or two trailers on the preview on the right.

If you can't hook up trailers from different jobs, then what is even the point of giving us the option to accept more than one job at once?

Sometimes the trailer pickup is in another system, so I suppose it allows you to line up multiple jobs.

Everyone I've seen is just about going there and coming back, so I guess it's one way to make the going there more profitable; if a little boring.

If you do this strategically, you could take a job from system X to system Y, if you can find another job in Y going to a different destination, this would be beneficial to take both.
EPArcher Sep 3, 2024 @ 10:51pm
But then if you've already reached destination Y, then you'd have already turned in the job before picking up another job. So you'd still only be picking up one job at a time.

I think we've gotten the best answer, taking a job from System X to System Y while also accepting a job from System X to collect a container from System Y to System X.
It still feels like an oversight from the devs to not let you take multiple trailers from different jobs, but from other discussion it sounds like there have been a lot of oversights.

I wouldn’t want to even try hitching a 3rd trailer onto my truck with 2 other trailers manually 😂
