What does SRVC mean?

its one of the status bars on the left monitor at truck status. its always on 0,0% ?
and PR4 is always blinking.

essentially that's the health bar of the truck upgrades, the lower it is, the less effective the upgrades you buy are. the way to restore it is to go to a shop that sell those upgrades(the icon is the two piston heads making a V shape) and repairing them

I would say "service" but what do i know ? What i know is that bar represents your upgrades efficiency. They sometime drop, probably because of damages. And you can repair those at any garage. It's a separate repair from the hull and very cheap (although i suspect it's gonna get more expensive the more upgrade you have). That's my noob answer. Hope it helps.
