I ran out of fuel

So, I was 2 km near my delivery spot, and 3km of the gaz station, I had aleeady used my portable fuel tank, and had only 2 km of fuel left in the truck, couldn't find any shop that sell a red tank in the 3 last shop of the the systems I visited, nor a gaz station, my mistake because I should have refuelled at any system by looking to my map

So first try I run out fuel and couldn't do nothing, I was on place and no way to move further, I hesitated about asphyxing myself on purpose to get to the emergency

Second attempt I loaded my save at the entry of the system with also 2km left in my reservoir, I decided to push the truck a little with one reactor, then stop it and use the force generated by the propulsion about 40km/h

I could reach the gaz station by doing that lol, I s'just wanted to know, was there an easiest way to get out of this situation, beside planning in better next time? I could not find any other loophole

If you carry a gas can around with you in the truck, you can get yourself a bit of extra fuel by doing a space walk and putting it in the gas tank (I think it's underneath the truck?) if it's needed. Or you could sell them to places that have high chemical prices and hopefully make a profit.

You can buy and find gas cans i would suggest to have atleast 3 of them in your truck

Yes of course this is what I will do next time, but propusling myself and turning of the engines to the gaz station was the only way to get out this situation ?? I was really surprised that there is no other way, like calling a refuell service or else, what if I only have the auto save and I wasn't in a system that had gaz station, I was good to restart a new save? 😂

Love this game, I only hope the devs will including more and more mecanism like fuel solution, use of the bed, why not recharging empty battery insted of selling them, for a lower cost

Or maybe a place we can rest and not a thing in the truck is used in meantime, recharging some of the equipment (also battery and stuff)

The game would be morr cosy with some of this options
