Modding support?

Do devs said anything about future mod support?

Honestly is one of the few games i'll gladly spend some time to do some modeling (like new trailers, space stations, new sectors etc)

also hope they release mod tools but I have a faint suspicion they won't do it

they will will probably try more with dlc and cometetic skin etc and milking the chase cows dry.
