How do I attach multiple trailers
I have the skill to allow me to have two trailers so I was trying to attach two trailers going to the same area but when I backed up they wouldn't connect.

Do they have to be the exact same because at that time I had a perishable load and aluminum scrap I think it's called but it wouldn't let me connect the scrap so does that have to be the same cargo or what exactly

Oof. Again, it simply unlocks the ability to take missions that have multiple trailers. It doesn't allow you to take multiple missions. Annoying we know. But that's the design. And I think the devs know we aren't happy about it.

It's funny because we spend those precious skill points expecting something totally different. But nope, again we are left with disappointment. Why do games keep leaving us feeling sour? Oof.

Really I read it but I obviously misunderstood it which wouldn't be the first time I misunderstood something

I misunderstood I think what it was conveying because I didn't realize it was a separate cargo load I thought it was what I said but it's not the first time I misunderstood what was said but anyway I would hope maybe they could patch where we could attached trailers together outside of the multiple trailer specific ones.

Cuz I find it weird that we can accept more than one contract but yet the multiple trailers are a separate thing so I'm wondering why we can accept 2 contracts going to the same area but you can't connect them unless they are to multiple trailer contracts if that makes sense.
Its just the way its worded. It makes it easy to interpret as you can attach multiple loads as you can even take up to 3 missions at a time and can haul 3 trailers at a time.
oh.... i was wondering about that, ...

i am so glad we dont have to hitch multiple trailer on after another.... :)
I think the confusion stems from the Skill Tree's visual layout more-so than the description.

The Skill Tree Pattern I picked up on was:
All the big circles are unlocks for Job Types.
All of the small circles are passive upgrades, for EVA Efficiency and Weight Capacity.

"Trailer Permissions" are the only abnormalities to this pattern. As they are a small circle that unlock Job Types.
Funny how I just accepted second job, so I can haul two separate cargoes at once.... floating to first I realised: I am not sure I would be able to connect second trailer, even if I reverse properly somehow.

So I checked internet first, this saves me time reversing for nothing :D
The taking multiple jobs is more for chaining jobs. Sometimes you find 2 type of jobs on the job board. One starting in the sector you are currently in and others going to the secot r your in.

Sometimes you even find a from cureent to different that has a vice versa or a 1 sector over start back to current.

If you accept both you take the cargo from current to destination and connect to the new cargo at the destination to return.

But you cant link cargo from multiple jobs together.

I wish I searched it before I backed my first trailer up to the second one ^^'
