Upgrade shop in Atlas Prime should be able to.

When you hit 80000 miles you get mechanic unlocks. Until then you can repair at Atlas Prime which is free after that you have to pay for repairs.

just worked out theres no point in repairing you cant get stuck or brake down

think i will be repairing all the time, took me forever to fig out how to backup w/trailer and of coarse every truck in town was waiting and honking for me to get done. I looked like a bucking bronk trying to backup in a shoot. Using keyboard/mouse and controller. Doesnt matter, 40mph is norm unless i hit everything in the way.
