Where do I buy more Power Cells?

Just started, already have power cell PTSD.

most shops will have at least one type of battery
seems like there are 3 tiers now with 100, 150, and 200 max power respectively so not every shop will always have every battery type

make sure to get a spare air filter also. oh god trust me

There are also salvage beacons around floating in space with stuff to grab, including cells and filters. In the demo you could honk your horn and they would ping off in the distance I guess this in a upgrade you can get later in the game? But I have seen one just by driving around in the couple of hours Ive played so far.
