0% Hull Integrity?

when I cycle the screen on the left that shows the docking camera, it says my hull is at critical health.
I am still "under warranty" as the customization quest isn't yet available, so repairs are supposedly free still? idk.

is there a specific place you can get "hull repairs" and what does the hull integrity actually do? Make it less likely for breaches when you crash?

Atlantis prime, there is a upgrade shop, you can fix ur truck there, i find it bit stupid too not mention it in the manual.

And the hull integrity shields your truck, so you have less to repair it, when you crash in space, or switch the fuses, that what i think it is

Christ, I went all the way to Junk Fields to go to a BODY SHOP that was locked for me. Why am I meant to repair my truck at the UPGRADE shop instead of the body shop? Absolutely giant oversight to not put this in the manual.
