Help with Moon Baby?

Ok, so I've been all over the map at this point. Even found a few golden cones and made some long distance hauls. I tried copying and pasting a screenshot of my convoy map so y'all could see for yourselves what I was referring to, but there doesn't seem a way to paste a screenshot or upload a saved screenshot file.

Anyhow, I've completed Barrow, Red Eddie, Sour Candy, and Dusty Bear.

Moon Baby is where I'm stuck. The game says to wait for a CB radio call after I did Hit and Run for Dusty. I've finished the Dusty Bear questline and I'm still waiting for that radio call from Moon Baby. Does anyone know how I could trigger it?

Probably no help but mine triggered on a hop between Atlas prime and darkside i believe. in one of the earlier areas anyways. i have a questline to help her get pyrite, it should have triggered shortly after you got the shutters

Moon Baby not triggering at all is a known bug that affects a small portion of players (me included on my main profile). All we can do is wait for a fix.

It worked cleanly for me on a another profile.

It's the next mission in her questline AFTER I got the scanner upgrade. Have to do "Hit and Run" for Dusty before the next Moon Baby mission unlocks. I'll make my way back to Onyx and see about getting a long distance haul there. See what happens, since that's where I was when I finally got to progress on Dusty Bear's questline.

I got a CB Call from her in either Darkside or Shatterstone, can't really remember. But it's up in one of those sectors.

I think it was Darkside for me when it worked.

Update: Took a break for a few days because I was busy with real life, and loaded up the game today. Decided to salvage stuff in Onyx since there were no good hauls on offer at the station. Sold all the salvage in Atlas Prime and undocked from the shop, and I finally got that call from Moon Baby to meet her in Zeta's Arch.
