is there anyway to not get DMCA from star trucker
So with the radio on Star Trucker I worried that the music playing will get me DMCA on twitch can I be sure that the music on the radio is non copyright or do you think they add more radio stations like custom ones with the option to tune it in the rig that be nice

It should not, since all the music in the game was written for the game so it's basically covered by the same licensing that allows you to stream the visual part of the gameplay.

Where streamers usually get DMCA'd is when a game has music that was written separately by a third party and then later licensed for use in the game. Those licenses often do not provide for streaming permission, which is why many games provide a "streaming mode" option that keeps the game from playing those "risky" songs.
