HOTAS, yoke and wheels?
This is listed as simulation, so we get HOTAS support and other sim equipment from launch, right?

Most likely yes. They had HOTAS working earlier on. They're working on it again. There's a lot of info in the Dev Q&A.

I tried the demo, was frustrated that I had to hold space all the time, then dusted off my X52 only to be disappointed that the game doesn't react to it at all :-(

Pretend I don't want to watch 45 mins of video just to find out if you plan to support HOTAS... do you plan to add support eventually?
They could have at least time stamped that, but then you'd think yes or no would be easier...

I would like to see wheel support. It would be real easy to set some of the wheels buttons for elevation and roll while the wheel itself controls yaw. Pedals for the fore and aft movement.

I have a T300RS I would love play the game with.

Hi there, HOTAS support is a top priority for us, and we're working hard to get it implemented as soon as possible. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have news.

Would there also be a possibility for HOSAS? (Hand on Stick and Stick)
Well, twin stick would require implementation of lateral thruster support - which I advocate for. I propose a turn/strafe or look/strafe toggle for gamepad players. Keyboard users have steering on WASD and strafe would be fine on the arrow keys.

TrackIR head tracking is easy. I've run the game in VR and set head tracking to mouse input and I can look around just fine naturally. Letting players "point at buttons with their nose" works pretty well because then they don't need to take hands off the controls to grab the mouse to click on buttons. Look at it, push your hotas "interact" mapped button, no more mouse.
