Can we clone configured props yet?

I'm trying to clone all my government propaganda text signs so I don't have to type "Polity Civility Liberty" a hundred times (or ctrl-v a hundred times)! Did this get added yet?

Also, what's the best way to move around your city without having a tool enabled? I keep adding props when I just want to scroll around. I know you can go to the "city" button for this... is this the way?

Holding ALT while hovering over the placed prop and dragging will create a clone of the text prop with the text already there. The best way without the mouse would be using the ASWD keys to move around and using Q and E to rotate the camera. I usually just use the right mouse button and scroll wheel.
