Rotate objects?

Is it possible to rotate certain objects before placing them?

same question here, it's one of the goals at the start of the game, the tutorial or whatever and I can't figure out which button it's saying

I'm aware of that for buildings, but roads seem to be locked into place unless I'm missing something.

Well, I can't seem to reply to who I want to reply to, but @pinchypirate, I've found that you can use the grabber nodes along the tracks and roads to manipulate their shape. They show up as columns with arrows. Drag them along the track to create a fulcrum point and shape it from there.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I wish the roads weren't S shaped by default but straight with the ability to make the corners, like in other city builders.
