Is my well of mind broken?

i am now at 7th floor of second walkthru 1st dungeon. I have access to well of the mind but it is just some nodes here and i cant do anything with them it ignores my clicks and even escape button doesnt work for exit - i can only exiting by right click of mouse also i noticed that i have 4 pieces of something light blue parts here -maybe it is for nodes opening butit does not work. Also as i remember after some point i recieve message of getting something called guiding light and there is icon for that in well of mind but it still gray and inactive. maybe it would opens up at further walkthrou? but why they let me get here then without being able to do something? Or i just cant find right buttons to press for activating it?

The pc port is kinda bugged for me too, like world map select and well of mind.
the alt+enter trick works on world map
and on well of mind i set up my resolution to 720p

You get more guiding light as you progress main story and some for doing certain sidemissions or get good ending.
