can't move

I'm a new player, when the game starts it can't move at all even though I've pressed the cursor, does anyone experience the same thing and know the solution?

Can't say I have, WASD or moving per mouse absolutely did the trick

Are you stuck when trying to move your character through the dungeon or are you stuck in the title screen?

Could it be that you pressed a button and now WASD moves you around in the menu, but not the character?

when the game starts the character cannot move at all while in the dungeon.

If WASD don't move you, then can you click and move your mouse upward to see if it moves? You can also try using a controller and see if you can move with it.

i try all but still not work, its just bug maybe, now i just waiting dev to fix that issue. thankyou for helping me

I also encountered the same problem and found a solution.
You can try the following two operations.
1.properties--gengeral--close 'enable the steam overlay while in-game'
2.properties--controller--change 'override for......'

If you mean moving in dungeon. Use the mouse to click the blank space of the screen to see the up/down left/right arrows flash on the screen (appears as a large +). Then you can maneuver around. You have to do that each time you jump into battle or click on an icon or doing something outside of moving.
