Very false... very false on Game Breaking Account.
That was so many months ago reported by Discord and barely popup now.
As far as the P2W comments, the gatcha characters are rarely any boon other than making your progress ever so slightly easier. I completed the first two major blocks of content with the one or two legendaries they gave away and my "generic" team. Gatcha weapons have been mostly junk compared to what you can farm and level in game.
I think the major hangup is that people are thinking this is a multi-player game where you have to have the most elite team to get into guilds when this is really just a single-player game that you enjoy at your own pace. Additionally, most challenging stuff isn't about pure stats but finding strategies: where tanks agro from, when and whom to block with, matching element characters with elemental equipment, which debuffs (or buffs) might become the secret to a boss encounter.
I have played the Wizardy series since Wiz 1 back on my Apple IIe. This has been one of my favorites in the series. This is a brutal dungeon crawler that if you are patient, read the clues, and work hard you can succeed and thrive.
I've had to deal with the Arena glitch and some communication / framerate issues, but that's it. I feel very lucky in that regard.
I also feel very sorry for Drecom. I saw a video on YouTube talking about the financial success on this game and this game is making more money in a month than Drecom was making in a year before its release. They were not prepared for this success.
I'm still trying to get an Alice with more than 80 fortitude and when that happens, I will have my finished team. Some of the limited characters are really good, but most are more Waifu / Husbondo material than pay to win crap.
The biggest hangup as been trying to get 27 of the same gear so I can push my MC's weapon to +20. Also, it takes about 750,000 gold to get to +20 on a single piece of gear. Doing it for an entire party would take 25 million gold. That's too much farming.
On the other hand, I've beaten all the game has to offer already and I did so with not even top-tier gear, so what I'm doing now is pure overkill. I want to ready for the third Abyss.
I guess this number of accesses is because the events since last week in Japan are not exciting and people are complaining.

There is still plenty of bugs tho, from basic like wrong animation, missing translation or wrong background colour to softlocks with Quest NPC disappearing or triggers not working(Melgina) - at last most of them can be fixed by killing yourself or travelling back in time.
There are some hardlocks tho and one of them affect me, So beware.
I just got bricked. Fell down a hole in the third abyss and it crashed. Apparently there's a bug that duplicates potions and if this happens and you too many, the game crashes. There's an update coming in two day, so I hope it is fixed by then.
Putting it all together and adding a PC version which will 100% bring more problems, at least on the PC version, and considering that the game was supposed to be released on PC months ago and it was wordlessly removed and then added to Steam also without a word apart from a short post on their social media without any details, trailer or anything specific.
I'm coming to the conclusion that even though I really, really want to play this game on PC, I can't help but feel that something will go very wrong with this PC version of the game.
I like the idea of the game being extreme hard (as long as its not p2w) my point was this game unlike ANY gacha game i play has so many problems beyond comprehension from technical problems to an endless list of bugs.
Additionally, this particular game is so reluctant to play, it's as if the game itself doesn't want you to be able to play and is doing everything it can to prevent you from doing so.
I didn't mean the level of difficulty in the game itself {thats the point for me of game being insane hard}, but the fact that the game technically makes it impossible for me to play, bugs, crashes, frezzes, there are just too many of them, I've never had SUCH problems with a mobile game, the only option for me is to wait for the PC version, and since we didn't get anything except a few screenshots, no details, trailers and the like, I'm afraid that there will be a PC version later rather than sooner.
The fanboys of this game defend that it works great for them, and most of them use dedicated phones for this game, and yes, I agree, optimization is terrible, even though I never managed to play it, but after screen loading I saw, by the way, their twitter (X) It's a wall of bugs/hot fixes, there's nothing specific there, just bug fix, bug fix, bug fix, Maintenance, Maintenance, Maintenance...we gonna se after some months how the game on steam gonna work.
PS, I have never been able to play this game apart from loading the screen, browsing their twitter(X), reddit and steam page, I found out about more bugs than in any other game, this game is a full version, not early access, not any alpha or beta, it is supposed to be a full version of the game, meanwhile the number of bugs, not small ones, but downright impossible to play, is unbelievable.
Sad that your having so many bugs, I will say I have the latest Google Pixel and haven't had a single crash or run into any game ending bugs, just a couple small ones that I could look over. I'm praying that game wont be as demanding on pc so more people can play it.
